Delivery Policy

  • Delivery fees are per truck load/trip.
  • Deliveries are made Wednesday and Saturday, unless otherwise noted. Due to a great many factors inherent in deliveries, an exact time of delivery cannot be given. The driver will call the customer prior to delivery.
  • Materials will be scheduled for delivery based on availability.
  • Your delivery will arrive on the scheduled day.
  • Drivers will call if there is a problem or delay.
  • We appreciate your patience during our busiest business times.
  • Customers do not need to be home to accept delivery.
  • Merchandise is placed in driveway or on curbside, unless otherwise noted.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable on replacement items. If your replacement item needs to be delivered, another delivery charge will be required by the customer.
  • Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Plant Products. Wilcox guarantees all plant products to be high quality, true to type, shipped properly, and to perform as advertised. If your plant has received our recommended care and doesn’t perform to your satisfaction, notify us and we will replace it free of charge or provide the cost of the product as credit toward a future purchase.

If any product is unsatisfactory or damaged in shipping, please notify us within 24 hours from receipt.

To ensure that each living product has adequate opportunity to perform, we’ve established the following guidelines for reporting other problems:

Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation.

Since plants are living entities, the customer is responsible for proper watering until the return items are picked up.

Sale items will only be issued a merchandise credit for purchase price. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions. Photos may be required on a situational basis.

Charge cards are billed at time of shipment.

Delivery Fees

Currently, we delivery only to a limited geographical area within the Pinellas and Tampa areas. Fees for our delivery areas are below. If your zip code is not listed, we are currently not sending deliveries to your area, and you can choose to pick-up your order from our location in Largo, Florida, (12501 Indian Rocks Rd. Largo, FL 33774).
