Hiring Process

At Wilcox Nursery and Landscape, we believe in providing a transparent and enriching hiring process that sets you up for success. Here’s how it all works:
Application
It all begins with your application. Tell us about your passion for plants and your desire to be a part of our team. Your journey starts here!
Interview
We want to get to know you better. During the interview, we’ll discuss your skills, experiences, and how you can contribute to our nursery family. It’s a chance for us to connect on a personal level.
1-2 Week Working Interview
The next step is where you dive in! You’ll join us for a hands-on experience, working side by side with our experts. It’s a great opportunity for you to get a feel for our dynamic environment, and for us to see your skills in action.
3-4 Week Training Period
Learning and growth are fundamental to our culture. During this period, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re well-prepared for your role. We’re invested in your success!
60 Day Probation Period
We’re committed to building a strong team. The probation period is a mutual assessment period where you’ll have a chance to evaluate if we’re the right fit for you, and we’ll assess your performance.
Benefits Await Full-Time Employees
