A native rose with pale pink flowers found in freshwater marshes and along stream edges. Can reach 8 feet high and wide. Prefers moist to average soil and part to full sun. This plant spreads by underground runners so be sure to plant it where the small thorns won't be a problem. Works well in container gardens.
