Sweetshrub
Product Description
Calycanthus floridus is a deciduous, flowering shrub growing 6-9 feet high and 6-12 feet wide. Deep red, fragrant flowers bloom in spring. Adds color in fall as leaves turn yellow. Grows in shade to part shade and moist to average soil. Great addition in understories of naturalistic landscapes. It eventually forms small clusters by suckering so allow it room to grow. They are pollinated by beetles.
