Rusty Lyonia

Lyonia ferruginea is an evergreen native shrub. It thrives in full sun and moist to very dry soils. It reaches 10-15 ft tall by 5-8 ft wide. White, bell-shaped flowers attract pollinators and the fruit is attractive to birds. Iinteresting bronze foliage creates a unique statement in the garden. It prefers acidic soils. Can be used as a shrub or a small tree.
