Product Description
The Coreopsis genus is the state wildflower of Florida. Leavenworth's Tickseed (Coreopsis leavenworthii) is an annual that reseeds and perpetuates continually. It grows to around 2 feet in in height and has a delicate appearance with its thread-like foliage and stems. Its flowers are small with a dark center, and organized into larger heads resembling a single, radially symmetrical flower cupped by a ring of green bracts. Tickseed blooms throughout the warm months of the year in moist to wet sites in sun.
