Additional information

Polypremum procumbens is a short-lived, clumping perenniel, often thought of as a landscaping weed. It gets its name from the reddish color in late summer and fall, or when stressed. Likes dry soils and full sun. Spreads from seed. Wonderful addition to a "freedom yard" or mixed groundcover lawn.
