Sweet Viburnum, Viburnum odorotissimum is a dense growing shrub to small tree, reaching max heights of 25'-30' tall. It is adaptable from full sun to heavy shade, and prefers well-draining soils. It blooms with clusters of fragrant white flowers in Spring-Summer that attract pollinators. This plant is commonly used as a hedge plant as it responds fairly well to that treatment, but can also be formed into small trees with proper pruning. New planting may require extra watering to ensure establishment.
